## barkpark.cloud — the managed home for Barkpark barkpark.cloud is the hosted control plane that turns the open-source Barkpark headless CMS into a zero-ops product. The brief was blunt: take the same single binary we ship to self-hosters and run it so reliably that a two-person editorial team never thinks about servers again. ### The challenge Barkpark deploys as one Go binary plus a Phoenix release on ARM64 — beautifully simple for a hobbyist, deceptively involved at fleet scale. We needed multi-tenant isolation without forking the core, automated TLS and domain cutovers, webhook delivery with cache revalidation that survives restarts, and a Studio that stays click-alive through every deploy. ### What we built We stood up barkpark.cloud on commodity Hetzner ARM64 hardware behind a managed load balancer, each tenant on an isolated dataset with its own schema. A `make domain-cutover` workflow handles DNS, TLS, and the Phoenix `check_origin` rewrite in one motion — the same cutover that once silently killed Studio LiveView now ships in a single command. Backups are continuous, upgrades are blue-green, and the whole fleet is observable from one dashboard. ### The result Cloud customers get hosted Studio, durable webhook delivery, full-text and semantic search via the Indx engine, and graph-aware ranking — with no servers to patch and no egress invoices to decode. The same binary, the same content model, now run for you.
